But the thing is, when time is bad, contractors will undercut to get the contract... Back in 1983, when the MRT work came, it was done properly with the lowest bid -

west of marine east already is NTUC golf course,which may be used for micky mouse home in future,if the eastern portion not enough.

8,jus the marina south can provide 18.5 million sq meter GFA,gross floor area.
enough for 20 years development for office uses.
pl do more home works if u think sg is short of land.
now we worry how to find high value and high value added activities to
max the potential of these the land.
3.Major players,like Universial Studio,will rush to talk to sg
for this golden land in sg and SE Asia.
