Its the process of teaching that matters.
Have a all in all art uni. not some half past six department in a genetic uni.
We already have a reasonable reputation in the region as a arts hub. take a step further to enhance it. -

There's no point in having a tech uni here when tech jobs are going elsewhere. And if they are going to teach very general tech stuffs. I would rather just finish poly, get a tech diploma and done with it.
Plus, I'm in support of a more specialized uni, rather than just another general uni like NUS or NTU. -
