  So......... buy properties in Nusajaya and Gelang Patah before the prices shoot up. May be also get a factory from Crescendo in Gelang Patah. Anyway, Horizon Hills prices have already shot up to a hard-to-afford level, though there are still quite a lot of unsold or unoccupied cheaper houses and shops nearby.
