yea man...they should start booking those people in the afternoons and evenings.
not early in the morning at 8am when theres little traffic and pedestrains.

they jaywalk langa they not in e fault one de.. They've alrdy cracked down at locations such as Bt Merah Central & City Hallsometimes a clear line gotta be drawn on such issues... seriously they can be like standing in e middle of the road, ppl do lane changing sure kena incident one

I agree with you that it's a big problem there ......
but I'm saying that a crack down there is highly unlikely ......
