Dead baby found at Bukit Batok

A dead baby was found in a plastic bag a few days ago at a staircase landing at Bukit Batok.. i'm not sure if it was just born or what, but i think it's terribly sick to leave a dead child there and just running away.

Why are there such irresponsible people!! They ought to be drawn and quartered man!
