What I have seen from Wikipedia is that Scania and Saab had been split since 1995 and is owned majority by Volkswagen (at 70.94% of shares) while MAN has a 17.7% voting stake at Scania

ok tks, coz the last time I saw SAAB logo, SAAB name was above & Scania was below it..
