Retrenchment unavoidable

  This year, I bet there is 2 SIA related retrenchment and another on the making.
  
  1st is the 70 from Finanical dept, now is 108 fro SATS... IT dept next
  
  Then, SPH - MediaCorp, I expect though most TVNews crew and Ch U/ i crew to go over, some suai ones like Quan might be retrenched
