there's actually no diff between AB n DS in terms of knock back. and teh reason why they say do that's becos of the KB
arrow blow gives u a higher dmg per arrow.
dbs shot less dmg per arrow.
but AB is just 1 arrow
DS is 2 arrows.. so higher chance of crit shot. -

Double shot:

Arrow blow:
+More knockback
-Lower average damage
Some people think double shot and arrow blow have the same average damage, but
once again, these people don't know how critical shot is calculated. Let's say
we have maxed critical, maxed double shot, and maxed arrow blow.
Double shot average:
130% + 40%(Critical shot average)
+
130% + 40%
That means 340% average.
Arrow blow average:
260% + 40%(Critical shot average)
That means 300% average
Therefore, 340% VS 300%. Monster defense is applied twice with double shot and
only once with arrow blow. The average of double shot is still a bit higher.
Maximum damage with double shot: 460%
arrow blow: 360%
Even if double shot IS stronger, some people go with arrow blow because of it's
knockback ability. Some monsters need over 1500 damage to knockback, you can't
do this with double shot until you are high leveled.
Chances to get critical:
Double shot:
No arrows: 36%
1 arrow: 48%
2 arrows: 16%
Arrow blow:
No arrow: 60%
1 arrow: 40%
Chances to get at least 1 critical hit with double shot: 64%
with arrow blow: 40% -
