Dear Maplers,
After the 36 hours of hard work by our technical support team, some players with the following situation have been affected:
1. Maple Cash unable to be redeemed
Cash Shop issues have been resolved. Redeemed A-Cash will now appear correctly. All affected passports have also been updated to show the correct Maple Cash balances.
2. Missing Pets
GMs have caught all missing pets dolls which had expired. Pet Dolls have been returned to their rightful owners and can be revived with the Water of Life.
3. Plastic Surgery
Female characters are not able to use their Plastic Surgery coupons as displayed facial images are all Male. This will be resolved in the next patch.
4. Libra Sets Missing Animations
Libra sets are not displaying animations correctly. This will be resolved in the next patch.
5. Cash Item Compensation
Plans have been made to compensate Cash Shop users for this extended downtime. Please wait for more announcements on this matter.
6. Snowboards re-released!
Players can now hunt for their snowboard collection as a reward for the patience shown during the 36 hour downtime! All drops will revert to normal during the next server check.
