a client was sending me a folder with some pictures in them, but he wasnt too sure it was the right folder of pictures.
lets just say they were the right pictures if his site was about upskirt shots of fellow employees. ( not sure how he accomplished this )

A client of mine wanted to speed up their computer, so I advised him to purchase some additional RAM. He insisted he could install it (when it arrived in the mail), so I wrote down the instructions as clearly as possible for him.
A few days later:
client: "The memory that you told me to buy doesn't work!"
me: "Did you follow my directions to install it?"
client: "Yeah. Now the fucker won't turn on."
me: "What happened after you tried to turn it back on after putting the stick in?"
client: "It just didn't work. I opened the side of the case like you showed me, and put it in just like you said and BOOM! The son-of-a-bitch just turned off. Just like that. And it won't turn back on."
me: "You put the memory in while the computer was still on?"
client: "Well, yeah. Was I supposed to turn it off?"
Amazing.

Client: Well we think it might be hard for blind people to read.
Me (stifled laughter):I see...what do you propose?
Client: To put up a sister site with white background and black text.
Me: for the benefit of the blind?
Client: Yes.
Me: OK then, it will obviously be billed as a whole new website and you understand that your website maintenance bills will be doubled each month?
Client: Yes, yes that's fine.
Subsequently the second website (for the blind!) was built and I charge them double each month than I did before. Result.
