Buddha Relics Exhibition

Those who are interested to view the relics of our supreme teacher Lord Buddha, some of his major disciples and arahants may like to pay a visit to FA HUA MONASTARY, which is located at 381 Upper Paya Lebar Road.
The relics was invited yesterday and will be open for public view from 10am - 9pm daily till this coming sunday on 27 Feb 2005, when the relics will be send off on 11am.
For your information, this temple is located very near the Wat Kancanarama Thai Temple at Lor Ong Lye, along the main road (upper paya lebar road).
I've just been there this evening, there's alot of friendly and helpful helpers in the temple to explain the exhibits to visitors. -

Actually for sunday morning chanting I would prefer going to Wat Ananda at Jalan Bukit Merah.. just a personal preference as I feel more comfortable there.
But as I live in the eastern part of sg, I frequent Lor Ong Lye and Wat Palelai at Bedok Walk more as it's more convenient for me.

I visit the Wat Palelai at times. Quite a nice temple and they're constructing a new building. Think donation for it still on. It is very near my house, right beside my neighbourhood, so I may visit it if I walk across that area.

Was anyone at Wat Palelai for the Makha Puja Day ceremony this evening? Heard it was quite grand this year.
I was at Wat Ananda for the ceremony just now, the thai ambassador was there to grace the ceremony.... -
