  We're not venerables... I also dun have much wisdom. I can recommend you to my dharma teacher though if you need.

  Thank you so much for replying.
  I am lost about quite a number of things in life. I am not sure if it is appropriate to speak to your dharma teacher or venerable but I know I have to get myself out of this state. I need someone to guide me out of this difficult path..
