  i am thinking of hosting a life-releasing activity and coffee chat
  
  anyone keen on that

  we will be releasing crickets from bird shop to the nearest bush area
  
  and a coffee chat ,any takers ?
  
  on 20 nov onwards
  
  as the usual practice , i will help the crickets by chanting
  the 3 tradition chants
  1 .metta sutta
  2.compassion mantra
  3.50 counts of Om mani padme hum

  releasing animal or insects is good ,becos we creating wholesome karma who will help us in the near future , in times of difficulties
