the greatness is a man or a man-to-be in accepting ppl advice and not delete them indisriminately
even if one does not agree , one must let other have the freedom to express their advice to one , constructively or destructively
no one likes to hear criticism , but criticism have its roots to one own's deed
For your God is your master , I hope you fully abide by the teachings of your compassionate God to accept others opinion

As for Pagan, it used to be a particular kind of traditional practise as far as I know. But everything un-christian to the old Catholics were deemed as 'demonic'. Simple as that.
Buddhism had little contact with the Christians in the earlier years. Buddhism is probably pagan to some Christians, (just like all other religions), since its not Christianity. -

Being in a christian dominante department of my office, I'm constantly facing challenges that my faith, Buddhism, is a demonic practise. My colleagues tried to share with me their experience as a christians, and even passed booklets that propagate christianity ideas to me. 1 1/2 have passed, I'm still me, practising the ideology that Lord Buddha has passed down, to be compassion, and accomodate all. Of course, I don't talk about dharma, but just emphasise that all beings (cows, pigs, chicken) have feelings, and they could feel pain, happiness and fear. As a human being, we have to show our compassion to all beings, REGARDLESS of our faith. Just some sharing of my own personal encounter.
I have alot of christian friends, and some are really closed friends. Even my godmother and godfather are staunch christians too. But we seldom talked about our religion, but we all agree that in this society, we have to learn to live with all, and accomodate all, and not forcefully put our belief on others. Compassion should be the common ground to make this world a better place. -

became a follower of Yi Guan Dao for a while to experience the kinds of faiths ard s'pore..they have lectures juz like any other religions..but at residential areas tho..
wants to date her but she seems almost impossible..too many religious differences..and i have to go on a veggie diet too..

i read about a singaporean family which has mixed religion,where the father was from christian and the mum was from buddihsium.
well, they respect each other religion and don insist the opp party follow them...but one topic which they will have to evade will definitely be religion.
as long as you are not an extremist is your religion, you will be able to tolerate other religions. -
