So by reciting will accrue benefits .When encountered difficult encounters ,which mind is give rise to afflictions and trouble ,
thus will one practice walking meditation and Buddha Name recitation .For 4 steps is a
Reciting of Buddha name .And repeats on and on .After numerous Recitation ,gradually feel the coolness and
Relaxation .All heatiness of affliction ceases .
Sometimes many things afflicts one ,causes Insomnia ,So shall one Concentrate on Buddha Name .After a moment , conscious will be calm , and does one gets to bed easily
Also ,as one Copy Sutra ,every stroke is a Buddha name .The mind is unperturbed ,which no unwholesome thoughts ,does one who write for long doesnt feel the tiredness
They arent a lack of people who abide by the teachings ,so will progress on the practice of Buddha name recitation.
Which can have practical effect on the practitioner,less troubles , thus is the faith in Buddha Name Recitation
