When you want something and you can't get it, you usually will feel frustrated
When you finally got something that you want, you could be happy but you find yourself wondering why you are not happy one day.
When i decide that i don't want anything, I still feel unhappy.
why?
I once read somewhere that there was a monk whose everyday's cultivation involves in a simple routine of sweeping the floor. Merely the act of Sweeping the floor give the monk's peaceful thoughts. By simply being immensed in the act of sweeping the floor, one is in a state of happiness while sweeping the floor.
is it because when there is 'no want' involved and simply 'Be in the moment' will lead to happiness or this temporary state of serenity of the mind?
what i mean by 'no want' is that there isn't any thoughts on 'wanting or don't wanting anythings'
