  Buddhist books and scriptures should be free (After all word from Buddha is priceless), you can get a lot of good stuff at :

  There is one over at Pearl Center level 3. On the same level there is a vegetarian resturant.
  
  There is a new Buddhist shop at International Plaza. I do not know the name, I think mainly English material.
  
  There are free Buddhist materials at almost every temple. Ju Shi Lin is one good suggestion from me. especially if you are looking for Mandarin materials.
  
  Maybe one day you will get to see a really spectacular Buddhist book shop over at City-Link (City Hall). With a wide range of highly acclaimed Buddhist books, Audios and Videos in all languages and other materials relating to Buddhism. With also magnificant statues of Buddha and Bodhisattva.
