Where I disagree with you is that tolerance must be practised. Tolerance is not something that you make an effort to have. They have it. And people who does not have it should seriously consider whether they are who thay think that they are... disciples, followers, converts... of their own religions or simply doing what everybody does in their churches and temples and believing what the people in their religions believe.
Can learn to be tolerance...
Mindset can be changed....

This forum is for discussions, and if you seriously want to learn the dharma I suggest you start attending dharma classes/reading dharma books.Originally posted by casino_king:**wondering where is the Buddhist here who said that the forum here is to teach people Buddhism**
With the www at our disposal, and our ability to read english words, I would think that most would have known what the teachings are.Originally posted by An Eternal Now:This forum is for discussions, and if you seriously want to learn the dharma I suggest you start attending dharma classes/reading dharma books.
As neutral onliner mentioned, a dharma lesson is much more worthy than all of our words.

Problem is, there are very different teachings although they all claim to be Buddhists. Secondly, it is useful to known what exactly Buddhist experience in their pratice.
For example, I asked surfer why he uses his feelings and what was his understanding between intuition and delusion.
Now I am trying to see what Budhhist here undestand by "still" the mind and I cannot seem to get any answers.
Of course I can read from the www and that is "to stop the mind" from forming new attachments... so it certainly needs more discussions.
