Due to his active participation I made neutral_onliner one of our forum moderator... plus the other moderator _wanderer_ is not too active in participating in the forum so I thought its time for a change..

SIS came into EH's because of some events he saw, and using that line, i dont think he will come into BW unless something radically or fundamentally happen here
