I heard that some mantra cannot be chanted while one is lying down, anyone know why?

But well, not sure. Sometimes I chant mentally when I'm in toilet but I will not do that verbally lah. -
Sometimes when insomia hit me, I wld chant the mantra while lying on my bed, then I doze off.
But sometimes became more awake, u know.

Yesterday was so tired to post the top 20 list.. in fact I was already falling asleep then I remembered about the ratings then I go check, wow thats kind of surprising.. lol.
