Nomination day for Buddha_mandala_blessings

  After much thought
  
  I decided to change the format of balloting
  
  that one person is eligible to vote for 3 different person and no need for seconder
  
  I will list out the person for today on nominations day .
  
  think of the purpose to lead a buddhist forum not for self-gain but for the benefits of sentient beings
  
  an "Aunt Agony" corner for people in difficult times in need of encouragement and consolations

  as it is not me who set up the forum , it is verocity
  
  I am happy to remain as moderator than forum owner in BUddhism

  As an observer all these while, I realised that a good moderator/owner must have be at least some dharma knowledge. This is absolutely necessary to maintain the integrity of the forum, and the image of Buddhism.
  
  After giving due considerations, I hereby renounce my status of nominee. I see myself as a very beginner in Buddhism, and will not have the confidence/capability to lead the forumners to valuable and fruitful dharma discussions, not in the foreseeable future. It is best to leave it to the more experienced ones so that Buddha_mandala_blessings will be well managed and blossom into something spectacular in the future. I have learnt a lot from the forumners through the exchange of ideas, and am very contented and comfortable to continue as a contributor to the various topics in my own capacity.

  I think the Buddha_mandala_Blessing forum still have other moderators, why not let one of them taking over the ownership.
  
  Another thing is among the existing 6 buddhism forum, 3 of them sounds similar to each other Buddhism Mandala_Blessings, Buddhism: Wisdom Bliss, Buddhism : Compassionate Affinity.
  I think the name of the each buddhism forum should have its own uniqueness, otherwise, it can't really attract much traffic. Why not change the name. If the system doesn't allow that, you may seek help from Jason.
  
  For example different traditions of buddhism like tibetan vajrayana, pure land buddhism or specific area in cultivation like meditation, dharma, mantra or any popular one among 84000 dharma doors.
  
  As the number of buddhist and potential buddhist is growing, we will need more than 1 buddhism forum to customize different practise.

  Thanks for your nomination, I am flattered & surprised by your kind offer. I also notice there are many Buddhist sub-forums in here scattered around. Perhaps there is a need for variations in the purpose of these forums. Maybe a new change can bring forth more positive growth for the benefits of all. This is just a suggestion.   Hi All . seriously Its okie if no one would like to be nominated for the forum owner of Buddha_Mandala_blessings ,
  
  I will wait patiently for 'someone out there' who will come eventually
  
  Forum traffic and ratings is all but illusory ,If we understand the purpose of forum is just for "sharing" of ideas ,Whatever name it will take ,it will still benefits others in the long run
  
  Your suggestions to change name will be considered ,meanwhile I dun intend to close the forum till 2007 Jan when everything settle
  
  Thanks for all your support with the forum for this few months and hope your will continue to support Wisdom Bliss as the main Buddhist forum
