I think I can say that I am free from sadness and ego problems but as for will I feel bored if I sit in a room for days and do nothing... To really see our inner true nature without clarity and purity, added with tonnes of human level thinking thoughts is a near-impossible task.
Sometimes stepping back, clear our thoughts is very helpful.

If you really want to seek the true meaning of Nirvana, first of all, you have to learn how to release your attachments, especially attachment of your own perceptions, your own views, your own thinking, next is attachment to your body. I don't know whether you will classify that as to Let Go. Maybe once you could do that, the rest of the brothers like AEN and NO will be able to guide you further in your path of cultivation, IF you are truely interested in seeking the truth that you've wanted in Buddhism. Which is not true because the 60 verses clearly said to transcend samsara and nirvana.
I have certain experiences that I am keen to see if Buddhism has anything to say about ... maybe yes, maybe no...
