Its invaluable to have a normal and more freshing slping time of at bout 10.30-11.30 and wake up early.. dun your mind and day feels good after you wake up? better than slping past midnight and waking up at like 12pm..
Sleep forms the basis of good health, we should practise good slping habits like:
-> Do something relaxing before going to bed, maybe bout 30mins -> Avoid heavy computer games before bed, they can make you alert -> Having a good regularl sleepign time !! -> exercise regularly, it facilitates slp -> Taking a hot bath can help to relax your muscles, or simply soft music and a book
Adequate slp ultimately can help you achieve the goals you want easily, provided you work for them. Everyday passes fast, and you might also start to worry less and feel stability in your life. Smile

i've tried chanting too before i sleep.. hehe and yes it helps me to feel relaxed alot more

i will try chanting 15 mins of Om Ma Ni Pad Me Hum every night before trying to slp, it helped me last night to feel calm even though still can't slp i didnt feel tat worry etc, last time i chanted in my mind only
