Escapism
Any life that does not make effort
to progress spiritually is escapism.
Any life that does not attempt
to face the reality of life and death,
to escape from life and death,
is escapism.

Truth Hurts
The Truth hurts,
sometimes.
But it only hurts you
as much as you refuse to accept it.
Not seeing the problem,
of not facing the Truth,
that you have a tooth decaying away,
will only cause you more pain.

Letting Go
By plucking a flower,
you do not grasp its beauty.
By clinging,
you do not get.
By letting go of everything,
what of this world is not yours? -
thus i heard, eating can be a very good way to train non-discrimination/dualism. if One can eat with a non-discrimating mind, where u don't choose the delicious dish to eat first or the not delicious one to put aside. then in Buddhism u can easily enter non-dual. even the thought of delicious and non-delicious have to let go.

to u know....
that an angry personality and stingy/greedy personality is of direct opposite?.
say if a person has an angry personality, then he/she would most properly not be a stingy person.
and if a person has a stingy/greedy personality, then he/she would most properly not get angry easily, instead they get frighten easily.
go figure.
thus i learn.
