  May I know who is Rinpoche?
  And why is Tibet Buddhism's Buddha statues looks so fierce one?
  They still have many other buddhas like Taras etc... Our eastern or Mahayana Buddhism don't have right?

  some fierce Guan Yin statues are fierce so as to 'convert' sentient beings who are fierce and mean. as sometimes if u are too soft, they don't even want to listen to u.
  
  Taras is the female aspect of Avalokitesvara Guan Yin actually.

  Fierce is a symbolism of goin against our defilement
  
  Mahayana Buddhism have a school which is the True Word School(now Defunct)
  
  It is known as Eastern Esoteric or Dong Mi
  
  The True Word School only have one Buddha of practice
  the Dharmakaya of Sakyamuni .Vairocana Buddha

  The true word school is very much alive in the Japanese Koyasan
  
  Which is known as Shingon in japan
