the xuan ( hanging) yi (meanings) seems very vague to younger generation

after a few years of reading tientai school of thought
i come out some easier explanation
I can only hint that the xuan yi and the many tientai commentary of Sutra
of Mahayana is a
discussion of Framework
The reason for saying this is Buddha's word in the sutra is full of logical sequence and not a lump of words there
Buddha compassionately turn the wheel of Dharma with a 93% of targeted audience ,which we common people usually can only achieve 50% or less
so framework understanding is a very critical area in the understanding of tientai school of thoughts and absorb into the Buddha pure intention
