  It won't just affect me, it will affect the world. That's why weather is so chaotic and not so easily forecast. Next, I always try to base my arguments that are objective and not so undefinitive, so you might and grind your teeth and try bear with me.

  Yes, but one thing to note: weather is not karma. Karma is intentional, volition action, only sentient beings have karma. But from the example of weather we can understand why it is difficult to predict it. We can make a rough guess, especially the clairvoyants, but we cannot be certain, like weather forecasters.
