If so, the consequence will result in your political downfall and probably a public wish for your assasination like the Night of Knives. Hitler feared such an ending for his dream of a united and strong Germany.Originally posted by Beyond Religion:No, I am pretty sure I wouldn't.

Hi, i think we shall forgive Hilter and Germany for their crime of war ?Originally posted by Beyond Religion:I am all for compassion, and I fully agree extending that compassion and loving kindness to Hitler. I cannot forgive and forget about the wars but can only admire the courage of the people who choose to change the world for better or for worse.Originally posted by Isis:Hi, i think we shall forgive Hilter and Germany for their crime of war ?

In buddhism, bad karma primary occurs due to the three posions [i.e delusion, hatred, selfish desire]. Buddhist are encouraged by the Buddha to cultivate so as to purify our mind of these defilements. Once our mind is free of such defilement, we will stop committing such bad karma again, in this lifetime and perhaps in our next lifetime if any.
