what do u think ?
lol sounds like some essay question.
Yes... most of us are so often stuck in the content of our thoughts.. dwelling in past, avoiding the present, or seeking the future. Instead of really appreciating every moment in life...
Even if you're bankrupt, you are heading to the Court to sign some papers, you can still be present and mindful. People walk by, the bus comes, you enter the bus, you arrive at the Court, you sign some papers, and move into your friend's house, perhaps smaller but that is just so. The mind does not have to be agitated. We also don't have to be obsessed with wanting some fantastic future or spend our whole life trying to seek a better future... but learn to enjoy whatever is present, to embrace it, and at the same time doing our best for tomorrow. But this is the action of non-action, we do what we need to do without attachment to outcome. I think we should appreciate every moment as it is, not as a means to an end.
Life is short so no point dwelling too much into such things.. 10 years later or 100 years later, does anything we think now matter anymore?
