In order for Mahayana Buddhism to continue "Passing on the Lamp" to the next generation,certain issue have to readdressed and resolved
1.adopt democratic approach to temple management committee
which inherently been around since the time of Buddha
2.Engage more discussion on Buddha teaching ,particularly on how to apply
into the Daily way of life
3.Continue to engage as support group to people in need
4.Restructure Dharma classes so as to appeal to youngster , like field trips
organising outdoor activities like rock climbing ,ice skating and so on
the list is non-exhaustive as when the youngster draw to the religions , will give new impetus to the development of both spiritual and personal development in the Mahayana Buddhist community
