  I have been looking all over the island for a Dharmachakra pendant that can be worn as a necklace, but to no avail! Can anyone help me out here?

  You can try Memories Echo, i bought a Om Mani Padme Hum tibetian keychain from them, i think they are located at dhoby ghout, Cathay Building.
