Generally, I agree with it because I usually prefer to get to the facts to eliminate assumptions, particularly when big decisions have to be made.............

i do admit dat most pple take shortcut-bias though. -
my father is the kind to always assume the worst just so that he can do some scolding a bit first before listening to anything we say.
