Maitreya Buddha with a crown on his head i did see the flyer and signage stating Sakyamuni Buddha never mind maybe moi see wrongly -
I mean Earthling is right .

I last time used to take morning chanting at phor kark see monastery main hall
the statue is Avalokiteshvara ,Manjusri and Samantabhadra .but the scripture we chanted is Amitabha Sutra
As Buddhist ,we shouldnt fight or quarrel over forms

My bad indeed the buddha in the 100 dragon hall is maitreya buddha . Only tat this rare depication only found in china dunhuang mogao cave , only still countined by jap monk . But the crown still puzzle me , can some pro enlighten me

as for my 1st come understand dharma was very different from most other ppl
i was in a christian school and a free thinker , till one day moi heart stop when moi was slpying
That when me see golden beings their present IS indescribable......the
rest..... can't remander the only thing i remander that i said my mum too old i must take care of her ........net monment i feel i return to my body feel the 1st heart beating than blood flowing the to the arms than to the legs lastly wake up canting amitaba
any idea any buttie

and indeed your affinity with Buddhism is so interesting ,you could bring back your practice in your past lives to the present

I dun have such experience before -
that when me ish only 15years old my experiance after this near death is even more stranger because wherever me step in to a new place it seen that i there before with flashback and what i did and said. it get worse when ever i talk to people it's that i seen that i am repeating something i have have said in the pastOriginally posted by bohiruci:Its a near death experience

this past present future insight ish very strange to me and the people around me. This only stop after i fall in love 4/5 years ago strangly it seen to be a test to me . -
