  how come buddhist theories does not have maths and science stuff packed into it.

  Buddhists study science and maths and geography for its own purposes, not to prove Buddhism.

  Buddhism is a subject on its own and have our own way and method to realise and experience reality.
  
  Not sure what you mean peer review, if there is peer review it happens among Buddhists and experienced practitioners.

  I think it is the other way round, the scientists study buddhism to help them clear the doubts.
  
  Never have I seen a religion other than buddhism that the teaching again and again proven by science and always go far ahead of the latest findings.
  
  Though it is rather difficult for the scientists to do so, coz there are just too many buddhist scriptures passed from over 2 thousands years ago.

  Are there Buddhist theories? If so then theories have to be proven?
  This question is rather strangely put. Its like asking what does accountants study? Geography, maths, biology to explain debit and credit?
