Out of curiousity TS, why are you so concerned about the lusty thoughts?
Does it affect your everyday life / activities etc? -
I just tell myself everytime i have lustly thoughts that i will rather live with the pain of lust then try to statisfy it and immediatly it goes away.

Your comment on elightenment being always able to overcome lust is not provable while my comment on removing the brain in order to overcome lust is provable but the side-effects are not particularly wanted. -
