Renci being investigated by MOH

Yet another charity, after the charitable NKF scandal broke up in 2005, mother of all charitable scandals, this time round is Renci being investigated by MOH for financial irregularities.
Apparently Renci is investigated for lending out hundreds of thousands dollars to other organisation, but is not included in the books for what is being loaned out and neither was the loan amount being recorded by the lendee.
Another cans of worm being opened up from this espisode, but MOH cautioned not to jump to conclusions from the public, as investigations will take 3 months to complete. -

I seriously doubting you to say I accuse you , i Think you are being too sensitive to start jumping at the slightest comment
I have great respect of Ven Mingyi fashi , the management will not do such a thing as they are accountable to all the patient of all religion
you should go down to Renci take a look at all the long-term care patient ,then u think about it

err, can i say that when i read marcteng's post, its basically what the media said, media having made those reports as a result of statements from MOH and Ren Ci
there wasnt any insinuation or anything, so can we leave it at that? -
I dun profess to be wise, but is that the word of a wise and learned person, I wonder. Look at the mirror, myself included and take a hard look at oneself, not others.
I know of a buddhist friend many years ago, when meet up, always talked about buddhist stuff, which I appreciated. But what I dun appreciate is, he is not walking the talk, ie he lies often and do not practise what he preaches and a lot of things he said were untruths and hearsay.
Alot of non practising buddhists these days, myself included, tend to talk alot on buddhism, but didnt really actually practise buddhism. Yes, its true we may have read and learned a lot on buddhism, but thats pure knowledge and does not lead to insight and wisdom. -

take a look at the mirror when u label pple with adjectives.
what you will see in the mirror is exactly the thingy you label pple with isnt it, it comes back straight to you.
alas the person is not aware of it, cos the room was dark, but he forgot to switch on the light (when lights are on, he/she can see everything in the room) i dunno what am I sprouting
what I am trying to say, u and I are both equally deluded and ignorant, like in a dark room without any light, you are telling me the chair is there or the table is there................like the blind leading the blind..........just like a blind laughing at another fellow blind for being blind -

come on... in s'pore... you can do anything, just don't get caught
so now ming yi got caught... duran and richard yong got caught... those day light robbers (you know who) still out there to rob you and suck your blood day by day...

dun jump to conclusions dude...wait till the investigations are carried out in 3 months time by MOH & the auditors.
the charity sector here really needed sprucing up and reform their structure and transparency.
