  So you can change your fate and not be reborn in those times or be reborn among the practitioners, but the collective karma of humanity is too huge and immense to be changed. It is simply beyond our capacity. We can improve the situation but not totally solve it.

  Karma is ongoing, I'm not saying it is fixed.. but it keeps continuing until a point these things will happen.
  
  And it's not easy to change it especially on the global scale. Even the Buddha who was the wisest was able only to transform a small group of ppl in the world because not everyone has the conditions to accept or hear the dharma.
  
  Even if you ask people to change, not everyone will heed your advise too.
