where to learn tibetan

  does anyone know where i can learn tibetan ?
  is there any place (preferably buddhist-related) which conducts such courses ?

  Where as in which part in singapore or other country?
  If it is taught in chinese, you can learn in china, some monastry in china got teach tibetan.

  you can go to Amitabha Buddhist centre the Yellow Hat tradition to learn
  
  erm ,you mean the language in tibet or the Buddhism of tibet ?
