What do people normally give on Ullambana Festival / Offering to Sangha ?
In Mahayana Tradition, is there also a Kathina Ceremony ? If there is, anyone know of any monastary which organise one too ?

Sometimes yes, depending on the temple. But most will give monetary offerings (angbao) as the robes are not that cheap. However, some Theravadin temples also have the robe offerings during the 7th month in-lieu of "local" custom. You may want to call up For You Magazine (http://www.4ui.com/indexeng.htm) to ask if any Mahayana temples having robe offerings for Ullambana.
