It's the same. By simply observing our moment to moment reality we see through its apparent solidity and simply let whatever manifest, manifest without abiding or chasing and hence it dissolves in its own accord.
My Taiwanese teacher calls it "bo re guan cha zhi" or prajna observing wisdom and gave a talk on this topic in his Singapore visit months ago.
