I read that even countries are affected by the law of Karma so if this is true then can anyone explain how is Tibet affected so badly and how could they turn it around?

karma is by individual person, not by country because only individual being has conscious that can create karma.
Let's pray for buddhism to flourish again in China, like what it did few hundred years ago.
