May I know where can one obtain copies of various buddhist scriptures translated to english language? Pardon me but I'm not well versed in reading written chinese. Seek your kind advice and help.

You can get the free distribution dharma books/sutta and CD at temples.
There are some very nice e-books online but have to discern whether they are authentic in the first place.
