Can i ask what are the differences between Nibbana and ParaNibbana?

Nibbana is when you attain enlightenment. PariNibbana means when your body passes away and no more rebirth.

Nirvana: the end of craving, clinging, ignorance, self-conceit, suffering. Still has body and mind, the skandhas.

Parinirvana: the end of this birth, i.e. the body and mind/skandhas, and no more uncontrolled karmic births.
