Hi..
I've a friend who wants to try out meditation. Is there a meditation centre near the siglap/kembangan area where he can go to? Or somewhere else slightly further but still in the eastern area? One that teaches in english as he's indian. Btw, must pay money?
Thanks.
Does your friend have religious background?
Anyway I extracted a list of centers which I believe teaches meditaiton in English and is not that far away.
I believe most are free.

There is also Mangala Vihara near Eunos station. The monk there are Sri Lankan and Burmese so they both teach in English. There might be a token fee though.
