Hello all, there
are still too many abandoned cats and dogs. Many puppies & kittens
are born and left to die. Many care givers and feeders have suffered
financial hardship. Many of them also suffer emotional heartbreak when
these innocent animals are sent to their deaths. How long must we wait
before the authority decide to introduce non-surgical sterilisation program in Singapore? Can we help at all?
