For the girlfriend, this special gift is sort of 特艺功能. It distract her normal routine which is not good for her. Can advice her to always read Sutra on Ksitigabha Bodhisattva or Earth Store and recite its name or meditation on Buddha name Amitabha.

He lock the door and windows and start to recite Quran verses. The creature was hovering outside the hut and was banging against the roof. He then got out when a teacher drove car into the school much later. He quits his job next day.
This is true, because the principal of the school back then hired a holy man each from sg's 4 main religion to bless the school. Then all the religious man told the principal their school need to be blessed regularly. Because alot of strange things keep happening in the school.
Right now the school had been renovated. But don't know whether all this strange things still happen.

My friend's boss is a Christian but he hired a holy man to bless and chase the spirits away from his company as many of his employees see ghosts and wanting to quit. Though Christians don't believe in ghosts but at times they have no choice because it is true that ghosts exist.

AEN has listed a long list of different types of ghosts. They all sound very horrible but I believe they are all true because even the most horrible one already proven is true.

I think they look very scary. Though my master said there is nothing to be afraid of because they are also sentiment beings but I think their behaviour is very different from humans. Furthermore, 我们在明，他们在暗, don't know when they will appear ha ha ha.......

Its just normal human reaction ? Like you see something not humane, you become scared.

Fear is the one emotion that strengthens most negative entities, and weakens us. Should anyone come across a negative entity which he/she cannot avoid, most effective thing is to do is to stay as calm as possible, no matter how difficult it is. If you've a religion, you can chant/pray whatever you feel most appropriate, to stay composed. If you don't have a religion, just stay calm, and ask the negative entity to leave you alone in a firm manner.
You can just say that in your mind to the negative entity, as voices are not needed to communicate with non-physical beings, like humans. But if you prefer, you can always shout out loud to it, if it gives you greater courage at the point of time. :)

She is not fear as it is a norm to her. Recite earth store sutra and bodhisavattas name will gradually eradicate this "special gift" and gain intrinsic wisdom. I believe she may not want to romance with these nice chap at the corner staring at here :D
