the wordings from Om video above
"If you wish to find the Buddha, first you must look into your own mind, outside of the mind, there is no Buddha "
if you interpret the above words in the context of chakra and kundalini, you will immediately get the meanings.
from Om video
Our buddha nature is there from the beginning , it's the sun emerging from behind clouds, it is like a mirror that reflects perfectly when it is wiped clean and returned to its original clarity.
In the context of chakra and kundalini, when you discover them in your own body, you discover your Buddha nature.

真佛从心外觅;

Have you realized your Buddha nature? (oh don't be shy!)

Seriously i have not. It's not easy to pass through one chakra to the next one. You have to clear a lot of past karma. Repentance is a must. That is the wisdom of Buddhism, Repentance Ceremony is a must.
Bardo ceremony is also a must. Else your past creditors will not let you go up your chakra level so easily. You will suffer many symptoms of kundalini. This is due to your past life karma.
It's like a onion being peel off one layer after another layer. You have to cry during the process.
Read what sutra can get enlightened?

Yes, the ancient wisdom is still the best. Our body is our temple. No need to seek outside.
If we can purify our own body, chakra, soul, we are our own Buddha in our own body temple.

All the sutra can. None of the sutra can.
All the sutra can when your mind is pure and concentrated enough.
None of the sutra can when you are not ready.
Seriously, find the one that you are affinited most with. Even Christianity can enlighten you to a certain level. Even the Muslim Kuran can also enlighten you and bring you into their dimension.
For Buddhism, if you are a beginner, it is best to start with Repentance and doing good deeds and delivering your past life creditors. It's a foundation that will help you to attain enlightenment easier later on. Do it at least 10 years.
Unless you have sowed so many good karma in your past lifes that you could be enlightened easily like the 6th Matriach of Zen.
can do a find (ctrl F) on the word Permanent and or impermanent word to see what Abhidhamma sutta said.
