as Dawnfirstlight pic stated, attachment lead to suffering and/or 烦�. problems are there in both at work and in personal life. suffering and/or 烦� arise when one attached to a real permanent self. they wanted something; they dislike something; comparision from this is good from that is bad. .
that say "sh_t happens, get over it."
let go.
yet let go is also not the way to go. let go also can be a lonesome 烦�. got to move into 助人.

Shifu said we have 烦� because we are too attached and too protective of our "self"(�我). It's true, all our worries are due to that. We will have lesser problems if we can let go of "self" though it's not easy. It's good to understand there's "no self". I have not reach the realisation of "no self" but I've the knowledge of "no self" concept, it helps a lot in life.
