Ask yourself why you're having such feelings? There must be some reasons. Is there something you can do about it? Most of the times, changes can be made in terms of actions to take, change of mindset/behaviour etc. If there's absolutely nothing you can do about it, then no point having such negative feelings. Also, it helps to remind yourself feelings/emotions are impermanent, they come and go...
