The practice that I do daily are Tibetan practices, which involves recitation of prayers and mantras. So you may or may not know what they are. So, here it goes:-
1. Refuge
2. Guru Yoga of Lama Tsongkhapa & Migtsema mantras
3. Praise to Manjushri & Manjushri's mantra
4. White Umbrella Mantra
5. Prayer and Golden Drink Offering to the Dharma Protector Setrap
6. Dedication prayers.
erm... can't really say that i practice daily
sometimes have to work till late night and rush home to bath and sleep...
otherwise i will nianfo, or short meditation....
I try my best to recite great compassion mantra everyday, sometimes I am lazy. Usually recite this for 7, 14 or 21 times. Followed by heart sutra. Then I'll make sure to 回. That's all I do for now, I have not learnt enough yet.
Unfortunately i have been laxed with my practice. Fortunately, i still have not given up to continue to practise.
Just share a meaningful quote :

Taking Refuge And Generating Bodhichitta
Namo Buddhaya
Namo Dharmaya
Namo Sanghaya
[3x]
I take refuge in the Buddha, the Dharma, and the supreme Sangha,
Until I attain Enlightenment.
By the merits I accumulate from practicing generosity and the other perfections,
May I attain Enlightenment in order to benefit all living beings.
Cultivating Four Immeasurable Attitudes
May all sentient beings have happiness
and the causes of happiness;
May all sentient beings be free from suffering
and the causes of suffering;
May all sentient beings never be separated from
the happiness that knows no suffering;
May all sentient beings live in equanimity,
free from attachment and aversion.
Mantra Recitation
1) Sitatapatra Mantra
2) Medicine Buddha Mantra
3) Celestial Mansion Mantra
4) Kurukulle Mantra
5) White Mahakala
"May the merits and virtues accrued from these deeds, be transferred to the true and unchanging truth, every mind is in accordance with the truth.May the merits and virtues accrued from these deeds, be transferred to the highest fruition of Bodhi, every thought is accomplished and perfect to the fruition of Bodhi."
"May all beings everywhere
Plagued by sufferings of body and mind
Obtain an ocean of happiness and joy
By virtue of my merits.
May no living creature suffer,
Commit evil, or ever fall ill.
May no one be afraid or belittled,
With a mind weighed down by depression.
May the blind see forms
And the deaf hear sounds,
May those whose bodies are worn with toil
Be restored on finding repose.
May the naked find clothing,
The hungry find food;
May the thirsty find water
And delicious drinks.
May the poor find wealth,
Those weak with sorrow find joy;
May the forlorn find hope,
Constant happiness, and prosperity.
May there be timely rains
And bountiful harvests;
May all medicines be effective
And wholesome prayers bear fruit.
May all who are sick and ill
Quickly be freed from their ailments.
Whatever diseases there are in the world,
May they never occur again.
May the frightened cease to be afraid
And those bound be freed;
May the powerless find power,
And may people think of benefiting each other."
